"I have been a customer of Mark Miller State Farm for over 10 years. They have provided excellent customer service from day one regarding my auto and homeowner insurance. Mark Miller and his staff are very professional and personable. Mark offers appointments in person or by phone to go over your policies yearly to make sure you are receiving proper coverage and all applicable discounts. I've never had any problems with filing claims. I had a billing issue once, and Katie, the office manager, made sure it was corrected. Katie is super awesome, sweet, very knowledgeable, kind, and patient. She is just like family. If you are looking for an insurance agent that feels like family and really cares about their customers, I would highly recommend Mark Miller State Farm for all your insurance needs."

"I had to help my Mother straighten out an issue with a State Farm policy after my Father's death (they have been State Farm customers for over 38 years) so I called their agency 5 times and got no help. I asked for my Brother's agent contact. He gave me Priya T.'s name at the Mark Miller Agency and with in 20 minutes she had the problem solved the coverage issue fixed . She was kind, professional and one of the most helpful individuals I have dealt with in a very long time. Best Customer Service Award needs to go to Priya and the Mark Miller Agency!"
