"Having yourself or a family member get into a car accident is stressful and never fun. However, I will say using the State Farm app to file a claim, schedule car repairs, and arrange a rental car if needed is far from stressful. It is extremely easy to use and navigate, and the speed at which everything gets submitted is amazing. I have to admit, after the accident yesterday, I was frustrated with my son, although very thankful he and everyone else involved were safe. I felt relieved that within minutes of filing the claim, I already had the service scheduled at the shop I wanted to go to for the next day and the rental car arranged to pick up after I dropped our car off at the service shop.
